the radio on the internet
My friends are brilliant. They are so good at knowing what we need and building it together. The most recent iteration comes in the form of radio on the internet: Rip It Up Radio.
I love sitting and listening while I respond to emails, chop vegetables, play video games or cards. It’s like the DJ is in my living room on the aux cable, chatting away while I move through my silly little tasks. I love the closeness, I love knowing my people are out there and feeling them, and I love not having to be perceived.
It’s so precious to do nothing together.
I’ve been hosting my own radio show on Fridays at 5pm. We spend time letting go of the week and then geeking out about Torah. It’s a Shabbat show. It’s so weird and difficult and fun. Who needs rabbinical school? I’ve got the radio.
Tune in, tune out, and take care.
